Terms of Service - Leadership Coaching

RiseAllMind.com provides leadership coaching services designed to enhance personal and organizational performance. By booking or purchasing our services, information products, or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Our one-on-one and group leadership coaching sessions are delivered online or in-person at our office located at 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada.

2. Payment

All fees are due in advance via our secure payment portal. Payments are processed in CAD.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Leadership Coaching Services

Clients may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session. After the first session, services are non-refundable due to the personalized nature and preparation involved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested more than 24 hours in advance by using our contact form.

3.2 Information Products

Digital courses, e-books, and other downloadable content may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or consumed. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Once access exceeds 20%, purchases are non-refundable due to content delivery.

3.3 Goods

Physical merchandise and printed materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. Custom-branded items and kits are non-returnable.

4. Rescheduling and Transfers

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled or transferred to another date at no additional charge if the request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Transfers to another individual are not permitted to ensure confidentiality and tailored program consistency.

5. No-Refund Services

Intensive programs, VIP days, and limited-capacity workshops are explicitly non-refundable due to allocated resources and exclusivity. This no-refund policy is clearly indicated at the point of purchase to ensure transparency.
